iTouch CLM Rheumatology campaign

The CLM iTouch rheumatology campaign initiated cooperation between Active Pharma and one of the leading companies on the Polish pharmaceutical market. The aim of the project was providing support to the sales department by introducing innovative, attractive direct marketing tools such as the iTouch CLM system for iPad2 and building a modern image of the Client.
The implementation of the campaign was a complex process – starting from the conceptual, graphics and programming work to the practical workshop for the Representatives.
Active Pharma’s work included:
- supply and configuration of equipment and accessories for iPad 2
- preparation of graphic content
- cutting and programming slides of a presentation
- slides configuration with an analytical environment on a server
- CLM consulting – project management
- monthly project service that included: proactive customer Help Desk support, SLA, support of a dedicated Project Manager, protection and processing of personal data, constant monitoring data of a CLM campaign
- conducting workshops for REPs., DM & PM about the iTouch CLM applications, CLM Analytics, iPad use
